The atmosphere at the annual Geneva motor show was pretty positive this year with a welcome return of some real supercars such as a four-wheel drive Ferrari and a new Lamborghini while the polar bear savers should have been happy with such things as a Range Rover Sport diesel plug-in hybrid that emits just 89g of CO2s, as Top Gear presenter Jeremy Clarkson likes to put it.
