General Motors (GM) has signed an agreement to purchase the remaining 40% shares of Isuzu Motors Polska (ISPOL) from Isuzu Motors.
Koepfer Zahnrad und Getriebetechnik is planning to take over and continue the Getrag timing gear production in Ludwigsburg. The closing of the deal is expected in June 2013.
