European carmakers want to delay new real-world emissions and mpg tests by three years
Nvidia had a thriving business in supplying powerful graphics processors for video game consoles and laptop computers when VW Group asked it to adapt the same three-dimensional displays for the dashboards of Audi vehicles.
VW Group will invest 4.2 billion euros ($4.8 billion) to upgrade its vehicle assembly plants in Martorell and Pamplona, Spain, in preparation for the assignment of new models.
