Honda has celebrated the global start of mass production for the new 2017 Honda CR-V at the East Liberty Auto Plant (ELP) in East Liberty, Ohio. Slated to go on sale at dealerships across North America this winter, the redesigned and reengineered 2017 CR-V is the fifth generation of Honda's five-passenger compact SUV. Honda says it is the first time a Honda plant in the US has led the mass production efforts for a global Honda model.
