The stewards of this weekend Korean Grand Prix decided to give Caterham's Charles Pic and Giedo van der Garde, and Marussia's Jules Bianchi an official reprimand each.
Pic and Bianchi did not slow down enough under yellow flag conditions. Van der Garde drove too quickly while the safety car was out.
There will be no further action against van der Garde, but Pic and Bianchi, who have accumulated three reprimands, will have to go back 10 places on the grid of the Japanese Grand Prix next week.
Bianchi's second reprimand was for blocking Paul di Resta during Saturday's qualifying session. The first was for missing the weighbridge at Silverstone in June.
Pic's second reprimand was also from Saturday, where it was him who missed the weighbridge. The first was for unsafe driving during free practice at Spa, last August.
Sergio Perez and Adrian Sutil, who were both also under investigation after the Korean Grand Prix, were let off the hook by the stewards.
