NEW ZEALAND: Growing confidence boosts new vehicle sales

New vehicle sales in New Zealand of 10,696 in October soared on the back of growing economic confidence, according to David Crawford, CEO of the Motor Industry Association. October registrations of new commercial vehicles were up 33% and passenger car sales up 8.5% up on October 2012, a combined increase of 14%.
