Cummins and Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Co. Ltd. (JAC Motors) have announced that the two parties will form a 50:50 joint-venture after Cummins purchased Navistar's 50 percent equity of the JAC-Navistar Diesel Engine Company (JND).
