US: ArvinMeritor wins antitrust suit against Eaton

ArvinMeritor unit ZF Meritor, a venture with ZF Friedrichshafen and Meritor Transmission, has won a lawsuit against Eaton Corporation after a Delaware district court jury found that Eaton had engaged in exclusionary and anticompetitive conduct in the sale and marketing of heavy duty truck transmissions.
