Navistar has acquired intellectual property rights to exhaust recirculation gas valve technology for diesel engine exhaust gas recirculation systems from Holley Performance Products. Its Pure Power Technologies unit will manufacture the EGR valve at its Blythewood, South Carolina, plant. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Full story...
