While most automakers are turning toward hybrid or electric technologies to improve the fuel efficiency ratings of their fleet, Mazda has taken a different route: SKYACTIV. Looking to optimize its internal combustion engines, transmissions, aerodynamics and pretty much every aspect of its products, the Japanese manufacturer believes it's found the solution.
