Interesting point made in an interview with our supplier guru Matthew Beecham - those daylight running lights now mandatory in EU - some of 'em blindingly bright - could end up costing vehicle owners serious money if individual LED bulbs aren't replaceable. So do we blame the vehicle or parts designers, or the Eurocrats?
