Autoliv Inc subsidiary, Autoliv ASP, Which received a grand jury subpoena on 8 February, 2011 from the Antitrust Division of the United States Department of Justice (DJ") requesting documents and information as part of a long-running investigation into possible anti-competitive behavior among suppliers to the vehicle industry, including Autoliv, said representatives of the antitrust authorities of the European Commission (EC) on 7-9 June visited two facilities of Autoliv BV & Co KG, a company subsidiary in Germany, to gather information for a similar inquiry.
