The official web site of the Circuit of the Americas has posted photos of the construction of the new Formula 1 road circuit - home of the Grand Prix of the United States - located near Austin, Texas.
The text says “the 500-plus workers building the brand new circuit (...) are taking advantage of the pleasant temperatures and extended daylight to gets lots of work done each week”.
Construction of the main buildings continues such as the media center, the technology and conference center and the main medical building.
We can also read “Preliminary asphalt testing is also underway, with the experts from Tilke Engineers & Architects documenting progress each week”.
