Jaguar is busy developing its newest and largest advertising campaign ever, the company announced. Called "British Villains," it includes a 30-second commercial that will run during the second half of next year's Super Bowl on February 2nd.
A teaser spot titled "Disrupter" will air this Sunday during the 2013 British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles Jaguar Britannia Awards on BBC America and during NFL games.
The main goal of this campaign is to promote the launch of the new Jaguar F-Type Coupe, which is set to debut at the Los Angeles Auto Show later this month. Jaguar did not reveal which "renowned" British actors it will use, but chose the ''British Villains'' theme largely because Brits often make the best television and film villains -- think of Anthony Hopkins in Silence of the Lambs or Ralph Fiennes in Schindler's List.
The campaign will launch with the Twitter hashtag #GoodToBeBad.
