And if you're thinking it never left, then that means you haven't seen the cult-hit car documentary flick "Who Killed the Electric Car?" that first debuted at the Sundance Film Festival in June 2006. The original film dealt with the oil industry, the US government, automobile manufacturers, hydrogen and battery vehicles and, of course, the consumers.
