The BMW Concept Active Tourer Outdoor made its debut today at the OutDoor Friedrichshafen fair in Germany. This plug-in hybrid achieves 2.5L/100km and 60 g/km of CO2. Sporting an exclusive Gold Race Orange paint, it combines sporty looks with numerous advanced technologies in a compact package.
One of the BMW Concept Active Tourer Outdoor's most eye-popping features is the 2-bicycle rack mounted inside the vehicle. When left unused, the innovative rack can be stowed against the side walls of the cargo area or under the floor.
BMW is staying mum about production plans.
