General Motors Canada's Oshawa assembly plant east of Toronto on Monday added 700 employees to support a second shift on the flexible manufacturing line in preparation for the 2011 launch of the Chevrolet Camaro Convertible and the new Buick Regal, which is currently sourced from Opel in Germany - it shares the Insignia's platform.
