Cat lovers’ newest fad?!

We're not too sure what to make of this but we do think this may be something cat lovers want to look into. Our first thought was that the owner and his or her cat use the minivan as a residence hence the cat door. What baffles us most is the "CAT" above the door; does the owner suppose it will keep literate raccoons out?
