Leoni has signed a joint venture (JV) deal with China's Beijing Hainachuan Automotive Parts (BHAP), a subsidiary of state-owned Beijing Automotive Industry Corporation (BAIC). The Chinese State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) approved the JV.
