Toyota's (TMC) vehicle powertrain production subsidiary in Changshu, China, Toyota Motor (Changshu) Auto Parts (TMCAP), has held a ceremony to officially mark the start of localised production of continuously variable transmissions (CVTs), which is a first for Toyota outside Japan.
