Hyundai recently made public prices for the Elantra's latest: the 2013 GT and Coupe models.
Among the equipment standard on both models stands the fuel-efficient, 1.8L 148-horsepower powerplant, a choice of automatic or manual 6-speed gearbox, front leather heated seats, climate control, Bluetooth connectivity and more.
Safety-wise, every GT version comes standard with seven airbags, which include knee protection for the driver. And for the first time, Hyundai offers a steering with driver-selectable modes. Many other features, standard or optional, come with the Elantra models.
