JAPAN: Toyota details merger of three Tohoku subsidiaries

Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) and subsidiaries Kanto Auto Works, Central Motor and Toyota Motor Tohoku Corporation (Toyota Tohoku) are to be merged into a new company called Toyota Motor East Japan under a new president TMC senior managing officer Takeshi Shirane.
