Regan Smith will be driving Jimmie Johnson's No. 48 today in Richmond International Raceway as the Johnson's celebrate the birth of a second daughter.
No word from the team if Johnson will be driving in Saturday night's race the last race before NASCAR's playoffs, The Chase for the NASCAR Sprint Cup starts.
Although Johnson leads the current points if he does not win on Saturday he will be seeded second behind 2003 Champion, Matt Kenseth and Kyle Busch because they each have five wins and he has four wins.
