He contributed significantly to the integration of the British automotive supplier Lucas-Varity into what was then TRW Automotive.

UK: Commercials see healthy sales rise in September

Continuing the trend running throughout 2015, UK commercial vehicle (CV) registrations once again posted a healthy rise in September, according to the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT). Boosted by the new 65-plate, overall CV registrations were up by 20.1% year on year last month, led by a 24.8% increase in trucks to 6,709 units while van demand grew 19.6% to 58,744.
