Although wireless Internet is not a bad thing at all, using it in a motor vehicle might be. GM can claim that their system is designed for use by passengers, the only person who would really need it, and will use it most, is the driver. There already are too many distractions in a techno-filled vehicle to divert the person behind the wheel's attention, such as Bluetooth, navigation systems as well as lane-departure and blind-spot monitors.

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif., - Buick and Jaguar each rank highest in vehicle dependability in a tie, according to the J.D. Power and Associates 2009 Vehicle Dependability Study(SM) (VDS) released today.
