With one year to go until the UK leaves the European Union (EU), the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT) has set out its priorities to 'assure the UK automotive industry's future success'.
Volvo Cars Chairman Li Shufu says that the autonomous driving industry should move forward prudently in the wake of a deadly accident in the U.S. this month. "One accident can kill the whole industry ... So we must move with caution," Li said.
