The small electric car has been recalled due to possibility of fire . The danger was that when it would be plugged in it would catch fire and therefore was classified as unsafe

This is a small blow in the world of electric cars , but i am sure the evolution will continue

The Mazda 6 will go on sale in August at a base price of $19,100 (aprox)

The Pagani Zonda Cinque was built in a very limited number : 5 , this explains the name . Designed in Hong-Kong it is already sold out . This car is a street legal version of the racing model Zonda R and has a V12 AMG engine with 678bhp , electronic gearbox and adjustable suspension . The Zonda Cinque will do 200 mph at a 0-60mph in 3.4 seconds
To top all of the above this car weighs only 1.210 kg and has a phenomenal weight to power ratio of 1.78 kg/hp  .

Here is the Cobra Venom , the successor to the Shelby Cobra. We do not have much info right now , just this stunning photo , all we know is that it will be powered by a V8 Ford engine

This is the Chevrolet Camaro Soft Top
As we can all see the Soft top manages to keep the same look as the coupe version , the same aggressive look and the attitude
The car will be ready for production in US next year , and fans are already piling up

The soft top will be equipped with a 400bhp engine 6.0l V8 with the power going to the rear wheels , also a six-speed manual gearbox
In United States both the soft top and the coupe will be available starting next year, Q3 or Q4

From the creators of the Subaru Forester , here is the Exiga .
A powerfull MPV from Subaru that is designed only for the Japanese market . There are no plans to bring it to US or Europe (but that could change)
It will be powered by a 2.0 l petrol engine , and the GT version of the Exiga will have 221bhp . That is way more than a MPV needs but no one complains :)
There are plans for the famous Subaru boxer diesel engine to be made for the Exiga , nothing official yet

The ST500 will be a special edition car and the specs are :

This car is built for one thing and one thing only . To kill the Golf R32 on the roads and capture the public eye . Ford has done the impossible and it looks like the Golf should thing twice before battling this monster on the road .
Powered by a 2.5l turbocharged engine with 280bhp and a electronically-controlled limited slip differential to make sure all that power goes on the road it will be hot .
People should not be afraid of the front wheel drive system , the limited slip differential will take care of the handling .

This is the Mazda CX-5 prototype , just a sketch right now but we can already tell that the Japanese car company wants a change .
The CX-5 model will be unveiled at the Moscow Motor Show this year (August) and should be on sale in 2009

Peugeot will launch the 3008 this year in fall at the Paris Motor Show . This new Peugeot car will be a compact MPV based on the 308 model .
By doing this Peugeot enters the family MPV segment and it is expected to leave a deep mark and it will run head to head with the Renault Scenic and the Citroen Picasso .

The 3008 model will have 5 doors and 7 doors . There are no official details released by Peugeot all we know is that it will be at the Paris motor show .
Rumors say that there will be a 4×4 version also

This is Seat’s hot hatch , we can expect it later this year in stores , but we will have the full specs and prices next month .

All we know is that it will have a 1.4 and a 1.9 l diesel engines also a 1.6 l petrol that will do 105bhp .
All engines will be (or at least they will try to make them) as ECO friendly as possible
The new hatch will have a seven-speed dual clutch DSG transmission .

From the above statement we can think that the new ibiza car will be able to run side by side with the Golf

The Subaru Impreza Coupe will go on sale in 2010 – 2011 with an expected price of 40,000 $ for the entry level and 50,000 for the top of the line

It will be a powerfull car , with 2 motors to chose from . The 2.5 l turbocharged engine that will have 300bhp and one more economic 2.0 l engine that will do 180bhp

The Impreza Coupe will not have four wheel drive like all the Subaru cars , they switched to read drive to cut costs and make the car more affordable

When it comes out it will have many rivals on the marked , but we are sure this car will do great

This is a concept car from Suzuki . The final version if the Kizashi 3 model will go on sale in 2010 and Suzuki says that they will try to make it as green as possible

The engine is a 3.6l 295bhp V6 engine tuned to be as sporty as it can be , four-wheel drive and a six speed automatic gearbox . Things are already looking good for the mighty silver Kizashi 3 concept

Also we have to specify that this car is part of Suzuki’s plan to access a larger market , to be more appealing to the young people and entire families

This is the Fiat Bravo Eco and it is Fiat’s attempt to battle VW and Ford in the race to the greenest hatch ever :)
It does 62.8mpg and CO2 emissions of 119g/km and it is a great step forward for Fiat . We have to note that these specs are for the diesel version , the Bravo Eco

The Cadillac XLR is built in Kentucky , Bowling Green and the 2009 model just got more aggressive .
The front end was redesigned to be more dinamic and aggressive , new fog lamps new 18 inch wheels, vertical side vents and bigger exhaust tips

The inside was redesigned also , new leather new trims and other comfort accessories
The 2009 XLR will go on sale in July with a base price of $83,530 . The more advanced Cadillac XLR-V will have a price of $100,690 with shipping charges

It may look like a normal supercar , a bit excentric but it is not . It is covered in a highly durable material that is controlled by hydraulics
It can take many forms , it is easy to change the shape of this car on the go
