Quebec and SAAQ modify access to driver’s licence

The news didn't make headlines, but the government of Quebec is about to implement new measures concerning graduated access to driving which will come into effect on June 19, 2011. As of that date, drivers under age 25 will have a gradual demerit point limit while going through an intermediate phase that will lead to a full 15-point driver's record.
