WRC driver Nasser Al-Attiyah, who also won Rally Dakar in 2011, will represent Qatar in the Olympic Games in London in shooting .
The forty-one-year old Al-Attiyah will enter the Skeet competition (previously called Ball-trap). He took part to the Olympic Games since 1996 in Atlanta. He missed the podium by nothing in Athens in 2004.
Nasser Al-Attiyah aims an Olympic medal in London. The qualifying rounds for the Skeet tournament will take place on Monday, July 30th in the morning, with the final round to be presented on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, his WRC rivals will be involved in the recce in order to prepare Rally Finland. Nasser Al-Attiyah's Citroën DS3 will be driven by Australian driver Chris Atkinson.
