The FIA's proposal for the 2013 calendar to the event organizers has failed to go through.
Both Autosport and AutoHebdo have confirmed that the deadline for the events to sign their contract with the FIA is now behind.
In theory, failure to sign the contract means the venue is taken off the 2013 calendar.
But not a single event had signed the proposal on June 8th.
The debate revolves around the £80,000 asked by the FIA for TV rights and timing equipment use.
"None of the events involved in the 2013 World Rally Championship have signed the FIA's proposed agreement for next year's series," David Evans wrote on Autosport.com.
AutoHebdo on the other hand laments the loss of championship promoter North One Sport, which has made organizing events a whole lot more complicated.
