Halla Visteon Climate Control, a majority-owned subsidiary of Visteon Corporation, has announced the start of manufacturing operations on the premises of an industrial partner in Togliatti, Russia. The plant, HVCC's first in Russia, is part of the company's plans to drive continued growth of its climate business and supports expanding customer needs in Russia by transferring some output from Korea.
