SWEDEN: Volvo Car to axe 400 technical consultants

Volvo Car's product line will see major upgrades in 2013. Development projects have included work by technical consultants employed on temporary contracts. Following completion, the company will phase out 300-400 consultancy contracts during the remainder of 2012. The number will reduce to 800-900.
