2009 Audi A6 3.0T - Audi Luxury Sedan Review - Automobile Magazine
This is a honey of an engine with very linear power delivery and a distinct lack of supercharger whine.

When I first got into the Audi A6 3.0T, I thought that something had gone wrong with the MMI, because when I pressed the nav button, the system told me navigation wasn't installed. I thought this was a software glitch, as I've never seen an MMI-equipped Audi without navigation, but a little research revealed the Q7 and the A6 come with a full MMI system but no navigation. Bummer. I know I'd be upset seeing that nav button and not having the $1800 option.

2010 Buick LaCrosse - 2009 Sneak Preview - Automobile Magazine
American nameplate, Chinese audience, European sedan.

Now that Buick has fewer internal competitors, its first truly new sedan in more than a decade might garner some attention. The 2010 LaCrosse drops the ancient 3.8-liter V-6 and W-body platform that have served as the basic ingredients for every mid-size Buick sedan since the 1990 Regal; in their place, it uses mechanicals from the Opel Insignia. That means it rides on the next generation of GM's Epsilon architecture and is powered by a pair of direct-injection V-6s producing either 255 or 280 hp.

2009 Audi A3 2.0 TSFI quattro Premium Review

Stay connected Subscribe to our RSS feed
Premium five-door cars are popular in Europe, much less in America. But a hatchback's practicality is undeniable, and logically, we should see a lot more of this type of vehicle on our roads. Right now, there very few direct competitors to the Audi A3 in North America. BMW's 5-door 1-Series is Europe-only, Mercedes only has the less-dynamic B200 to rival it, and there are only three Japanese products that come close. Full story...
