Mitsubishi Motors Corporation (MMC) says it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with China Motors Corp (CMC), MMC's business partner in Taiwan , Mitsubishi Corporation (MC) and the Hsinchu County government in North-West Taiwan for electric vehicle promotion.
