Tesla: To hack or to be hacked?

In an effort to secure the various computer systems in its Model S sedan, Tesla Motors has just hired Kristin Paget, a well-known hacker who used to work for Apple and also helped Microsoft secure Windows Vista, according to Re/Code.

At Defcon 2010, Paget even showed how to build a fake cell tower to intercept cellphone calls.
