General Motors last night said Sichuan Tengzhong Heavy Industrial Machines (Tengzhong) was "unable to complete" the acquisition of its Hummer SUV unit. Tengzhong told news agency AFP it withdrew its offer because it could not obtain regulatory approval from Chinese authorities. Full story...
