ASEAN MARKET UPDATE: Q1 sales down 23%

New vehicle sales in the ASEAN region's top six markets declined by 22.7% to just over 400,000 units in the first quarter of 2009, from 518,000 units in the same period of 2008. All six markets shrank during the quarter, the worst being Thailand - normally the largest in the region, which declined by over 33% to 107,000 units. Full story...
