Chrysler wins tax break for possible engine plant reopening

Chrysler Group is deciding whether to produce 1.4-liter Fiat-based engines in its unused plant in Dundee, Mich., or in Saltillo, Mexico -- and a Michigan state board voted today to sweeten the Dundee deal with tax credits, a Chrysler spokesman said. Full story...
