Electric Mobility Canada (EMC) president Mike Elwood announced today that Deputy Premier, Minister of Natural Resources and Wildlife, and Minister overseeing Plan Nord, Nathalie Normandeau, and Natural Resources Canada Minister Lisa Raitt, will be attending PHEV'09, the conference and trade show devoted to electric vehicles and plug-in hybrids being held September 28-30 in Montreal.
